Collecting Sales Tax
All vendors must be in compliance with state and federal tax laws. It is your responsibility as a vendor to understand sales tax before you participate in an event. Each City has their own tax collection rules, and you will be informed on how the taxes work for each specific event after your application is confirmed and you receive the vendor instructions for that event.
