How to be an Exhibitor
There are 2 ways to apply:
1. Apply Online - This is the fastest and easiest way to get involved. Online applications will require you to make a payment by credit card or PayPal. The amount due when you apply will either be a jury fee, a deposit, or the full vendor fee.
The art and craft festivals will require a jury fee to apply, and the vendor fee will be due after acceptance. For our juried events, the online application will also allow you to email us digital photos of you work. Please email those photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to secure a space at one of our juried events, you will only have to pay the jury application fee at the time of application. In order to secure a space at our other events you will have the option to pay the full vendor fee or make a $40 deposit at the time of application. The option to reserve a space with a deposit is only available on our online application. The deposit will hold your exhibitor space reservation, but the balance due for the remainder of the vendor fee will be due 30 days prior to the event date.
2. Apply through the mail – Choose this option if you prefer to pay by check. The paper applications are included in the individual vendor packets, which can be found by clicking on the event logos below. Please return the paper application to us via the mail.
Collecting Sales Tax
All vendors must be in compliance with state and federal tax laws. It is your responsibility as a vendor to understand sales tax before you participate in an event. Each City has their own tax collection rules, and you will be informed on how the taxes work for each specific event after your application is confirmed and you receive the vendor instructions for that event. The State of Colorado special events license application can be found here. The City of Denver special event license information can be found here. If you need to apply for a City of Boulder Sales Tax License, you can click here.
